Monarch Expands Cheap Flights to the Eastern Med
Cheap flights carrier Monarch Airlines has revealed plans to expand its range of services to the eastern Mediterranean for this summer season.
From May, Monarch passengers travelling from Gatwick, Luton, Birmingham and Manchester airports will be able to take advantage of new cheap flights to Turkey and Corfu. Gatwick and Manchester airports will also be offering more cheap flights to Tenerife, Majorca, Larnaca and Paphos with the carrier.
The new services begin on 2 May, when cheap flights to Bodrum in Turkey begin operating from Manchester Airport, along with additional weekly cheap flights to Tenerife, Larnaca and Paphos in Cyprus.
From 23 May, London Luton Airport will start new Monarch services offering cheap flights to Corfu – one of the loveliest islands in Greece – three times a week. Gatwick will see the start of a new twice weekly service for cheap flights to Bodrum, with the same service operating from Birmingham.
Monarch Airlines managing director Kevin George commented: "Customer response to the 135,000 additional seats that were added into Monarch's summer flying schedule last month has been fantastic and we have continued to see demand for our services grow. It's great therefore that we have been able to respond to this demand further by boosting our eastern Med programme, with the introduction of new flights to Corfu and Bodrum, as well as strengthen schedules on a number of our core sunshine routes."
There will also be an extra Palma flight from Gatwick every week, as well as three additional cheap flights to Paphos and one more Tenerife flight. All of these cheap flights are available to book now.
