Thomas Cook Announce World Cup All Inclusive Holidays

Thomas Cook Announce World Cup All Inclusive Holidays Thomas Cook Sport today announced a special all-inclusive holiday package for England football fans desperate to follow the national side through their trials of next year’s World Cup in South Africa.

South Africa holidays start at £8,200 per person and include tickets to each of the England games through the group and knock-out stages right on to the final of the tournament. Should England continue their habit of being knocked out of major tournaments at the quarter-final stage, fans will be presented with tickets to see other games to get their fill of the football action.

Over the two weeks in South Africa customers will receive British Airways flights from London to Johannesburg, and hotel accommodation in South Africa’s capital and Cape Town as the matches alternate between the cities. Travellers will also get tickets to see seven football matches.

Thomas Cook Sport said there had been “unprecedented interest” from England football fans since Fabio Capello’s men officially qualified for the tournament last month. The interest in holidays has no doubt peaked since this England squad looks not only capable, but confident of performing at the highest level and challenging for the Jules Rimet trophy.

Tonight England face Belarus at Wembley, a match of little consequence since the team has already booked its place to South Africa for 2010, but nevertheless a match England will want to win decisively, allowing some of the fringe squad players to prove their worth.

Last month, Thomson Sport announced they had sold out of World Cup holidays following the qualification of the England side.
