easyJet Offers Christmas Market Deals for Winter Flights
Budget airline easyJet has begun offering winter bargain holidays for customers eager to get in some early Christmas shopping at some of Europe’s biggest Christmas markets.
The Weihnachtsmarkt or Christmas markets of Germany and Austria are legendary and allow customers to sample some of the many delights of Christmas in one festive place. Foodies will adore the traditional fruit and marzipan cake Stollen with a glass of mulled wine, whilst kids can feast on toffee apples and a plethora of candied treats.
Germany’s capital Berlin hosts over sixty Christmas markets, and easyJet are offering special cheap flight deals to fly from Gatwick, Luton, Liverpool, Bristol or Glasgow to take advantage of the wonderful winter magic of the city.
In Austria, the airline is offering city breaks to Vienna, where the December Market has been running annually since 1294. Vienna holds a Christmas market in front of the City Hall each year which bursts with character and festive atmosphere. Particularly popular with British travellers, Innsbruck hosts two Christmas markets which are ideal for shopping and unusual gifts for the family.
Flights to Austria are available with easyJet departing from Liverpool, Bristol and Gatwick airports to take customers to the seasonal markets. Outside of Germany and Austria, Christmas markets running in Prague, Budapest and Nice and Copenhagen are all also on offer from the no-frills flyer.
For more details on the various Christmas markets being held across Europe and the easyJet offers for cheap flights to get there, more information can be found on the easyJet website.
